Failure to show up for booked services (travel, hotel, tour departure, etc.) will be considered as “No-Show”, with no refunds or rescheduling allowed, under any circumstances.
In the unlikely event that Kazaan Lifestyle cancels a service due to operational or technical reasons, we will provide:
An alternative booking of equal value (subject to availability), or
A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the cancellation
Refund type and amount will be determined solely by Kazaan Lifestyle.
For approved refund cases (exceptional only), refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.
