  • Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be applicable under normal circumstances.


2. Exceptional Refund Cases

Although all sales are non-refundable, we understand that unexpected events may occur. In rare and exceptional cases, a refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)

  • Natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, etc.)

  • Government-imposed travel restrictions

  • Service cancellation or disruption from our trusted service providers

Refund approval for such cases is not guaranteed and will be decided on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Kazaan Lifestyle.


3. Process to Request Refund (For Eligible Cases Only)

If you believe you qualify for a refund exception, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the incident, providing:

  • Full Name & Booking ID

  • Registered Phone Number and Email

  • Reason for refund with supporting evidence (medical certificate, travel restriction proof, etc.)

4. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to show up for booked services (travel, hotel, tour departure, etc.) will be considered as “No-Show”, with no refunds or rescheduling allowed, under any circumstances.


5. Service Disruption or Cancellation from Our Side

In the unlikely event that Kazaan Lifestyle cancels a service due to operational or technical reasons, we will provide:

  • An alternative booking of equal value (subject to availability), or

  • A partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the cancellation

Refund type and amount will be determined solely by Kazaan Lifestyle.


6. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

  • For approved refund cases (exceptional only), refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking institution.


7. Non-Refundable Items/Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Booking fees, convenience charges

  • Customized travel packages

  • Promotional or discounted bookings

  • Partially used services (e.g., leaving midway during a trip or stay)
